Introducing Osteria Events
‘A Taste of Puglia’ – Monday 27th April - 7pm
Osteria is proud to announce a series of events celebrating the traditional dishes commonly found in the different regions of Italy.
In the first of these events we will be offering a selection of dishes from Puglia which is the territory located on the long narrow peninsula and the Southeastern most region - Italy’s boot heel.
Puglia is famous for it’s Olive Oils which are widely used across the country together with fresh seasonal ingredients and using locally produced Scottish Produce we have created a delicious menu in the Pugliese style.
One-tenth of the wine drunk in Europe is produced in the region and our menu will be complemented with a hand selected sample of these.

- Oreccheite with traditional Ragú Pugliese
- Mixed selection of Rolled Beef, Rustic Meatballs and Stuffed Pork Crackling
- Baked Sea Bream with Baby Spinach, Black Olives, Potatoes & Cherry Tomato Coulis
- Millefoglie with Ricotta Mousse and Chocolate Crème Patissier
